BRODBECK is once again focusing on training young people this year. Qualified and motivated employees are the foundation of our company's success. We would therefore like to extend a warm welcome to our new apprentices. Danny started his 2nd year of training as an industrial mechanic.
A new chapter in Bruno and Max's lives began: They are completing a three-year apprenticeship as mechatronics technicians. We are delighted to be able to accompany our apprentices on this journey and wish them a pleasant start to their careers as well as much success and enjoyment in their work at our company.

Special transports for special machines
Usually it is sufficient to use standard trucks for machine transports. However, it also happens from time to time that these are not sufficient for the transport of large machines.
In the case of the current machine, the biggest challenge was that it cannot be split in the middle as is usually the case. The machine can only be shipped as one unit. Local conditions, both at Brodbeck and at our customers, do not always allow the use of a mobile crane.
For this purpose, we have been working for some time with the company Volk Maschinentransporte from Pfullingen. With specially developed low-bed trailers, machines can be transported in full service. This means that employees of Volk can completely take over the loading and unloading of machines without crane and forklift.
We would like to thank Volk for the uncomplicated handling and are looking forward to further exciting projects.

Brodbeck ensures production reliability.
Since defects in the electronics can increase significantly after many years, we offer now the service of a retrofit for the UNI 1000.
All parts of control system are replaced by a current control system, also the pneumatic system. We also offer the servicing and maintenance of mechanical parts.
Therefore your machine is well equipped for many more years.

In order to produce parts for our machines efficiently in the future, the the purchase of a machining center was significant.
With this 5-axis milling machine, we are able to produce parts economically up to a length of 6m.

Brodbeck stands for innovative solutions in the sector of automation
Since this year we are offering portal systems in addition to our cutting and winding systems. Due to the high level of vertical integration, these portals can be perfectly designed and manufactured to the customer requirments.
Whether as a core storage on our cutting machines o ras a portal for palletizing cores, the sectors of application are diverse.
