Paper Tube Finishing Mashine Model BK-1

For cylindrical textile tubes.
Transport of the tubes in the machine by a turret over 6 Stations with following functions:

Working Method and Machine Equipment

Working Method

  • Station 1: Feeding funnel for the tubes
  • The machine is stopped if there are only 2 or 3 tubes
  • Application of the lubricant on both ends of the tube
  • Station 2: Curling or round nosing of one or both ends of the tubes
  • Station 3: Second curling or polishing of the ends of the tube
  • Station 4: Grooving device for one groove
  • Station 5: Notching device for semicircular, V-shaped or Y-shaped notch
  • Station 6: Ejection of the finished tubes below of the feeding funnel

The machine is equipped with

  • Feeding funnel for the tubes
  • Motor for main-drive 2,2 kW 4 motors for 2 curling stations each 2,2 kW
  • Fan with motor 0,14 kW for cooling the 4 curling discs / round nosing tools
  • Lubrication of both tube ends with 2 felt plates supplied with oil from the central greasing system
  • Adjustment mechanism to adjusting the machine to the appropriate tube length.
  • Tool set for one tube size
