To assemble paper made spools.
The machine is suitable for automatic assembly of Spools consisting of the component parts as papercore (axle) and discs. The discs are made out of rich cardboard or corrugated board.
Working Method and Machine Equipment
Working Method
- Station 1: Supply of the axle from container
- Station 2: Adaption of glue on both sides of the axle ring-shaped at the outside diameter
- Station 3: Blank station for optional adaption of hot glue on front side
- Station 4: Supply of cardboard discs from container; The discs are pressed onto the axle and fixed by an outside curling
The machine is equipped with
- Optional Adaption of glue onto the outer wall of the axle and fixation of discs by curling or Adaption of hot glue onto the front sides of the axle. The discs are sticked on there.
- Adaption according to length of axle with central handwheel.
- Toolset for one dimension of spools
