Working Method and Machine Equipment

Working Method

The tube is to be stucked onto a cone and fed into the machine.
From the left the core is pushed manually against the stop plate; the right hand actions the kniveholder.
Operating an foot starter will activate the rotation of the core.
Now the core could be cut, cut pieces will fall down into a box.

The machine is equipped with

Lubrication of knife for polished cutting surface and cooling.
Stop plate with scale 500mm manually adjustable according the required cutting length.
Circular knife 100 x 25 x 1 mm WS
Toolset for one tube-ID
